Sprouted grain or whole wheat tortilla
Sliced roasted turkey (Roast a turkey breast, slice and keep in small packages in freezer.)
Mixed lettuces
Chopped tomatoes
Slivered peppers, cucumbers, onions
¼ tsp. mayonnaise
Combine all above ingredients. Stir together. Put in tortilla and roll. You can also use canned tuna as a meat replacement. For crunch add a few sliced almonds.
Serve with carrots sticks and apple wedges.
