8 oz. nonfat yogurt
2 oz. feta cheese
1/2 cucumber, seeded and partially skinned
2 tsp. dill
2 Tbs. dehydrated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend just until coarse.
