Why Choose Glenna?

Why Choose Glenna?

Why make an appointment with me? Because I live in a family of health nuts. My husband and three daughters are all in the health care field. We all love vegetables, berries and Chocolate. We also love to run. We run Marathons, 10K’s, 5K’s, or around the block. My life is immersed in medicine, nutrition research, running and Veggies. My favorite food is Grandma Foster’s fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Please don’t tell anyone or they might come and take away my dietitian’s degree. Learn more about Glenna…

Even Steve Eats Salad

Remembering to Remember
This is my friend Steve. He’s not too sure about this whole healthy eating idea. We recently had a little salad lunch and Steve decided to try these foreign foods.
Note: The smile was BEFORE he ate it.
Double Note: There is a bowl of bite sized candy bars next to the healthy stuff. It was empty long before the salads and fruit were gone.
